• EPR Plastic

As per Plastic Waste Management Rules , any Plastic which will be import or manufacture in India , then as the Targets defined by Central Pollution Control Board , the Importer and Manufacturer have to take the responsibility for recycling of that quantity of Plastic waste. And it will be mention in their EPR license issued by CPCB/SPCB. On the basis of invoices which will be provided by importer and manufacturer, the CPCB will calculate the target of Plastic waste quantity.

• Apply Metal Scrap Import License in India

To legally import metal scrap, you must obtain a Metal Scrap Import License from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). If the scrap is categorized as hazardous (as per the Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules, 2016), clearances from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) and the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) are also required.

• Metal Scrap Import License

As per Ministry of Environment Forest under Schedule 3 Part D, an Individual can import Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metal Scrap in India as a Trader on the behalf of Recycler. For that a trader have to fulfill the Compliance part and have to take permission as per the regulations.

• Metal Scrap Recycling Plant License

In India , the business of Ferrous & Non Ferrous Metal scrap recycling is a beneficial business, because from the scrap a recycler can make the Ingots, raw material etc. and can export it to other countries as per the requirements. For the Recycling facility setup for metal scrap there would be some Environment Regulations which as recycler have to fulfill.
